Hours and Appointments

Hours of Service
Our regular business hours are 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday.

After Hours
Our physicians alternate being “on call” for emergency care before and after our regular office hours. The physician on call can be reached by calling our office.

Clinic Phone Numbers

Cloverdale - (208) 706-8000

Jefferson- (208) 381-4100

Parkcenter - (208) 381-6400

Meridian - (208) 706-5100

Appointment Times
Our physicians make every effort to see you at the time scheduled. We therefore ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow time for check-in, escorting you to the exam room, obtaining your vital signs, and reviewing your list of medications. Your physician can then begin at your scheduled time, rather than losing the first half of your appointment to the above activities. For complete physicals there will be additional paper work to complete before seeing your physician. We therefore ask that you plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before such appointments. We thank you for your cooperation in helping us to remain on schedule for you and for those who follow.

Telephone calls to our office
When calling to make an appointment, please let our receptionist know if you are scheduling for a routine follow-up visit, a new acute problem or if you are needing a complete examination. The receptionist will ask you questions regarding your condition in order to be sure we allocate adequate time to meet your needs.

If you are calling with a medical question, give the receptionist as much information as possible; she or he will have the assistant/nurse return your call. Always notify the receptionist when your concern is urgent.
