Susan Baxter, MD received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, and her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio, Toledo.  She served her internal medicine residency at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.  A diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Baxter joined St. Luke’s Internal Medicine in 2007.
